XY-3

XY-3 surface coring equipment is a new type of coring rig developed to meet multiple drilling requirements, especially diamond drilling. It is designed for engineering geological exploration, small-scale water well drilling and engineering construction for highway, railroad, hydropower, harbor, etc. Electromotor or diesel engine is available to facilitate operation.

Features

1. This coring drill rig can meet demands of multiple drilling applications, including diamond rope sampling, directional drilling, impact gyration, reverse circulation continuous sampling, and so forth.

(1) A wide rotational speed range is available for this coring rig to satisfy demands of drilling applications.
(2) Anti-torque device has been equipped to deter rotation of the drill’s spindle, suitable for directional drilling.
(3) Diesel engine or electromotor is available to satisfy various engine demands. Mud pumps, drill stems and faucets are easy to assembly.

2. High reliability.

(1) Equipped with automatic transmission, clutch, universal drive shaft and other high quality general parts, this surface coring equipment enjoys long service life, easy movement and replacement.
(2) Connecting rod reinforcement spring clamp and hydraulic chuck enjoy novel structure, large clamping force, long service life and reliable performance.
(3) Excellent monitoring and alarming capacity of parameter, including torque, drilling pressure, speed, etc. helps to prevent and reduce drilling accidents of coring rigs.

3. The pressure indicator installed at the bottom of hole helps users to observe the pressure variation during drilling working.
